CONCEPT DLX 557
The concept DLX is addressed to all those who prefer a progressive bike with agile
handling. The short rear, the higher BB and the steeper steering angle make the concept DLX exactly like that. All kinds of spins become easy like a children's game. Our goal was not to make the lightest frame out there. Our goal was to set up a light weight, which is around 2.5 kg and start from there, then to develop a frame which is as strong as possible. The frame weight was optimized by modern FEM simulations and areas where higher forces meet were strengthened. The three main tubes (TT, DT and ST) became a custom butted tube design (CBT - Design), which are used at present only on the concept DLX frame. The special aspect of this custom tube set is it´s asymetrical butting design, where each wall thicknesses was designed for load-specific force influences.
This frame is perhaps the most complex dirt steel framework that has ever been developed.

CONCEPT DLX 570
The longer wheelbase of the "concept DLX 570?, the mellower steering angle and the deeper BB give this longer version a bit more safety, when you want to hit the big jumps. All other technical data?s and construction details stayed the same, like on its shorter little brother.
